Remote Access for SL1000

The SL1000 system allows remote access for engineers to perform their maintenance tasks, MACD tasks, etc.

Below shows you what is required in terms of hardware / setup;

• Hardware: PZ-VM21 mounted on CPU card
• Setup procedures, see below;

STEP 1:

For PZ-VM21 the modem related setting will be as below:



(for Analog CO trunk)



               PRG11-15-14　746 (assign any unique service code) – please check your numbering plan, have to be unique code in the system

PRG22-02-01　assigns Trunk to “DIL”

PRG22-07-01　set DIL destination “746”



(for ISDN trunk)



               PRG11-15-14　746 (assign any unique service code) - – please check your numbering plan, have to be unique code in the system

PRG22-02-01　assigns Trunk to “DID”

PRG22-11-01　map external ISDN DDI number to internal , in this case ‘746’
